Rule 5
Anyone who can apply to be listed as a conciliator at any time
Notwithstanding anything written in rules 3 and 4, if a person who is eligible to be a conciliator as per the Act has not applied to be listed within that period, if he wants to list his name as an open conciliator, a case in the format as per schedule-2 He can submit an application at any time to the monitoring body, local body or organization that works on reconciliation.
